1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using ChernDer ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time by posting updates on this page.
2. Description of Service
ChernDer provides a digital platform for creating and sharing wedding invitations with the following features:
- Digital wedding invitation creation and customization
- AI-powered video background generation using Gemini Veo3
- Guest management and RSVP tracking
- Photo gallery and media sharing
- Background music integration
- Mobile-responsive invitation viewing
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

6. Payment and Billing
Subscription Plans
We offer different subscription plans with varying features and limitations. All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are non-refundable except as required by law.

- Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

Refunds

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
- Violate these terms of service
- Fail to pay applicable fees
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Abuse our platform or other users

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thailand. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
